Turning Wheels

Turning wheels are used in converging 30 and 45 degree spur applications.  Turning wheels can also be used at 90 degree transfers where traffic cops, package stops, or other product flow controlling devices are used.  The wheel is mounted on on an adjustable bracket to insure proper package orientation through the transfer.  Can be mounted to slider bed or side channels of powered or gravity conveyors.  6" diameter turning wheel.

Stops

Angle End Stop

Angle end stops are constructed of 2" x 2", 1/4" thick angle painted steel and are used for 2-1/2" and  2-5/8" gravity conveyor models.  The angle mounts to the end of the conveyor for stopping boxes and cartons.  The angle end stop is available in all standard conveyor widths.

Hand Operated Blade Stop

Hand operated stops are used where manual line control is required, such as assembly work stations, shipping areas, etc.  Lever to raise and lower stop can be used in normally up or down positions.  The unit is supplied in the normally down configuration.  Stroke is 1-7/8" above rollers.  The blade is constructed from  1" x 1-1/2" 7 ga. steel angle.  The blade capacity is 150 lbs. live load at 65 fpm.

Air Operated Blade Stop

Air operated blade stops are used where automatic line control is required, such as assembly work stations, shipping areas, etc.  The air operated stop is supplied for use normally down.

Gates

Manual gates can be used with a 1.9" and 2-1/2" diameter gravity roller conveyor.  Gas assist spring balanced gates are also available.  Gates provide a passageway for personnel, lift trucks or other equipment.

Deck plates between roller spacing offer safety and deck access.

Supports

Knee braces-Smile bracket

Knee braces add strength to permanent supports and stability to portable applications.  The adjustable support bracket allows support to be attached easily to the conveyor.  Adjustable support brackets are 7 ga. construction.

Ceiling Hangers

Ceiling hangers provide a safe and effective method of attaining high conveyor elevations.  Used when maximum utilization of floor space is needed or when required height exceeds support capacity.  Customers are responsible for verifying with a structural engineer that the ceiling capacity will support both the conveyor and product weight and for verifying fire code clearance requirements before installation.

Casters

Casters are easily bolted to floor supports for portable applications*.

Load height and swivel radius:     4" diameter caster- 5/5/8" and 3-9/16"    6" diameter caster- 7-1/2" and 5"

*Knee brace recommended for portable applications.

Floor Supports

If 4" diameter casters are used, add 5-1/4" to dimensions shown above.  If 6" casters are used, add 7-3/4" to the dimensions above.  Support elevations adjustable to +/- 1" from defined height.  All minimum and maximum height dimensions given are for supports only.

Flex-Line Automation cam provide custom controls based on your requests.  The following controls are standard for Titan conveyors & equipment, but may be substituted to meet your requirements.

Manual Non-Reversing Starter
